Questions about "Known Server Issues"

On the Schedules Direct login page I see this notice:
Notice:

**** KNOWN SERVER ISSUES. TRY AGAIN LATER IF AFFECTED. ****
Confirmed issue with the SD-DD server starting 2020-05-30 03:50:01 PDT


I use the XMLTV with the tv_grab_na_dd grabber to download listings and just today received (multiple) messages:
ERROR: Login failure from Schedules Direct. Check user/password or try again later

(1) Is using the dd grabber also using the SD-DD server?
(2) If so, when the problem with the server clears, am I going to be prevented from signing in for (24-48) hours because of multiple "password" failures?

Incidentally, my subscription expires Saturday, June 19, 2021.
