Is the code sending 14 characters and the log is truncated, or is the code only sending 10 characters?

So is this a problem and something I should look out for or can the errors be ignored?

I am still looking into the code. If your application requests a 14 character programID, are you still having the same issue?

If this is still actively happening, please open a lineup support ticket on the Schedules Direct website. I will need text logs in the ticket, so that I can trace what's happening.

How long does it take for a reply? I sent a message on the site a lil over 2 weeks ago

I'm now receiving the same errors as well (6000 error using guide2go).
