Re: Program data not downloading

Your SD account is active and looks like I see connections.

Not sure what "Gudie2GO" is, it's not an approved application. You may want to contact them.

Re: SD-DD Service down since yesterday?

If you use the SD-DD service, it won't matter. Data is updated once a day around 9am CDT. SD-JSON does have updates throughout the day though.

Re: Great product but there is one thing I can't find

it depends on what software you're using. Most applications allow you to control what stations you see. Apps using the SD-JSON service request data for a station. Apps using the SD-DD service often ignore data for a station. You can "edit a lineup" for the SD-DD service so the SD-DD service doesn't ...

Re: SD-DD Service down since yesterday?

Re: A question for the experts please

Nope... "household" is pretty loosely defined. Vacation home and kids at college all count. You can have 4 lineups on your account to deal with multiple locations.

Re: A question for the experts please

You only need one SD membership for all computers in your household.

Not sure what the Ceton My Media Center app is, but if it is using Windows Media Center, EPG123 should work fine. (Maybe ask in the EPG123 forum at the Green Button)

You probably should report this via the "lineup issues" on the web site. This post didn't include the lineup-id that is automatically included when you use that form.

We provide data in UTC so timezones are the responsibility of the application or grabber.
