I just wanted to say that I noticed the sub-genres being reported now and to thank you... was impressed that you kept the promise about restoring them eventually! Thanks!
Feel free to delete or move this message, I know it's mostly useless clutter, but didn't know whether I could PM you :)

Re: DataDirect replacement service going live!
So here I was, setting aside a special time when I didn't have recordings to try with the replacement service (I only run mythfilldatabase manually), with a databse backup, worried because of all the bugs I'm seeing in this thread. I go to do it now and happen to look at my scrollback (to double-che...

Re: ZTVWebServiceTechnicalError #100
I'm getting _really_ slow fetches right now. I've seen occasional slow fetches before but never this bad. It's taking 7-10+ minutes for each day's data (actually one day fetch even timed out and had to retry). When everything's running normally it takes <30s per day. Edit: I realized I should probab...

Re: Multiple PVRs in one home - accceptable use of data
Sounds like two households to me. Robert So somebody with 5 people living in a house can have each of them have their own pvr pulling data, and yet I can't have 2 different apps that only I use in 2 different physical locations (only ~60 miles apart btw, but that's irrelevant)? I gotta say that's q...

Re: Multiple PVRs in one home - accceptable use of data
What about multiple physical locations w/ one person? I have a server in my parents' home that runs a custom app that only I use, and will be moving my mythtv box to my new house an hour away soon. I don't plan on moving the other server for other reasons. It would be good if I could keep using my c...

Re: generic data on Nickelodeon
One thing that may help TMS debug this if you can pass it on: I noticed that nick.com itself does have data for the shows that I'm concerned with for today, tomorrow, and the next day, but only generics after that (whereas TMS only has generic info even for today, tomorrow on the zap2it site and in ...

Re: generic data on Nickelodeon
I think not having filled-in data for that far ahead (9/17) is actually pretty normal. My problem shows even with episodes that are coming up soon. I just checked zap2it's website, and no details for Home Improvement, Cosby Show and Murphy Brown (which are the shows I record from nick). These are al...

Re: generic data on Nickelodeon
I will check again when I get home tonight, but I have been doing --refresh-today and even --refresh-all occasionally lately. The problem doesn't show up for all shows, just some shows/time-periods. And sometimes the data does get filled in eventually, but usually it doesn't. (edit) forgot to mentio...

Re: generic data on Nickelodeon
Have you heard anything back from them? This seems to have picked up and is happening almost every day now, requiring me to check Nick's flash-laden site and manually adjust mythtv's recording schedule.

Re: mythfilldatabase --refresh-today and --refresh-second don't
odd... refresh-all DOES work for me while refresh-today and refresh-second don't
