Re: Need help selecting an approved application
I too am interested in an app for TV listings for the iPad. While I am able to access TV Guide listings when I have a Wi-Fi connection, it would be nice to be able to access listings offline. I am definitely not a developer, just a user. Is there any way to follow this discussion, and receive alerts...

Re: PTVL Weblink Not Grabbing Listings
I apologize for troubling you ... a restart of my laptop took care of the problem. I should have thought of and tried this before bothering you and Michael Schoneman. My son was home from college, and used my computer for a few days. Perhaps something he installed messed with WebLink, I don't know. ...

Re: PTVL Weblink Not Grabbing Listings
I see my channel line up when I log into Schedules Direct (selected cable provider, channels I want to get information from). Is that what you mean? I just tried downloading listings again, and am still getting the same error.

PTVL Weblink Not Grabbing Listings
I am not a programmer, so I may not use the correct terminology. I have been using PTVL for years, and switched to Schedules Direct from Zap2It when Zap2It stopped providing listings. Today (January 1, 2008), I am unable to download Schedules Direct data using the WebLink application that formats li...

Re: PTVL Not Getting Details
Have you tried just copying your listings file from your desktop PC to your handheld device? I haven't used the synchronization feature for some time (before the switch to SchedulesDirect), as I was having problems with it. However, I update the listings using Weblink, and then copy the listings fil...

Re: PTVL and Zap2It
Maybe there was a glitch with Schedules Direct during the time I was trying to download my listings last night. I decided to try again this morning (not having changed anything), and the schedule is currently downloading. I had planned to uninstall and re-install PTVL, if it still wasn't working. I ...

Re: PTVL and Zap2It
Is anyone else getting "WARNING - Error [32] opening C:\Program Files\Thumbs Up! ...." ? Supposedly, the update for the time fix downloaded and installed when I tried to run Weblink. Now, however, I'm not getting any listings, only this error. Please help!s [Sorry, I posted this under the listings o...

Re: Shows Off By One Hour
I have the same problem, also using PTVL. However, using MythTV, times are correct. I emailed Michael Schoneman, to ask if he can help us out. He provided an update for PTVL so that it will work with Schedules Direct, but I don't know if he's aware of the issue regarding the times being off. Since t...

Re: PTVL and Zap2It
Ooops! After reading some of the other posts, I checked my listings a little closer, and see that mine are also off by an hour. Michael, do you have a fix for us? Please help! Thanks in advance. Note: I emailed Michael Schoneman, to ask if he can help us out. He provided an update for PTVL so that i...

Re: PTVL and Zap2It
Michael, Thanks for your efforts! I was just logging in to let people know that an upgrade had been made available. Your timing is impeccable. I just completed subscribing to Schedules Direct, updating Weblink, grabbing my listings, and copying them to my Pocket PC. It works seamlessly, and I am so ...
