Re: Appropriate Refresh

The problem is that --refresh-today and --refresh-second don't seem to be working reliably. Since a number of shows don't have episode specific information until a few days out, it makes a difference. see this: http://forums.schedulesdirect.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=98&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=10 Its bee...

Re: Why do "news" programs appear as reruns?

Take a look here - I'm certain its a related issue

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=209

Its been fixed for sports events, but this change probably doesn't effect the news broadcasts because its probably an "episode" (although I haven't checked to see if that's the case).

How does one tell exactly what is in the current fixes? Is there a list of what was done for each revision somewhere?

Re: mythfilldatabase --refresh-today and --refresh-second don't

I will say that I was running a verision of .20-fixes before this fix went into place and --refresh-all worked for me as well. I never checked --refresh-today or --refresh-second. Perhaps -refresh-all was never really broken, just the other two.

Re: mythfilldatabase --refresh-today and --refresh-second don't

In this thread: http://forums.schedulesdirect.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=98&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=10 StuartM posted the following: --refresh-today, --refresh-second etc and --refresh-all were unfortunately broken in 0.20.2 . During the changes to support SD and new xmltv grabbers a necessary line was ac...

Re: Combining Lineups

SchedulesDirect doesn't show a channel for LocalBroadcast for my area that I do actually pick up (WT05 HD in Toledo, 43615). Is there any way to add just this channel to my current line-up so I can pull guide data for it? The cable line-up for my area shows WT05 non-HD with a channel ID of 17519, b...

Re: multiple lineups

To be honest, I'm not totally sure yet.. but I assume it's like Z2L. New channels are automatically added to your lineup. What your local client does with them is up to the client. Although the new channels are automatically added (and selected) to the SchedulesDirect lineup (I read somewhere that ...

Re: multiple lineups

I am unclear if the original question was answered. Are there plans for TMS to allow mutliple lineups under one account or is it necessary to sign up for a second account to get a second lineup provider :?: You can have up to 4 different lineups with a single account. What you can't do is use the s...

Re: multiple lineups

The MythTV howto now includes instructions for analog/digital feeds sharing a listings source which is well written. I am having troubles with it 'fetching' the listings channels, however the logic makes perfect sense to me, and should work as soon as I can associate the channels to the data source...
