POST schedules -- 500 Internal Server Error

I've been receiving this error for the past few hours when requesting only 228 schedule updates (for 113 stations)--nowhere near the 5,000 maximum. I've reproduced it in Postman, so it's not my application. This seems to be occurring more and more frequently and with fewer schedules. [ { "stationID"...

Re: initial program load fails: 500 Internal Server Error

I've had this problem, too. Sometimes when you request the maximum number of programs, descriptions, schedules, etc., the SD servers choke. Usually, if you try again (and again), it'll work. I've reported the problem, but it seems to be difficult to reproduce consistently, so SD is having trouble fi...

Re: New ETA for SD_JSON back online (4/19/20)?

Maybe it's related to everyone hitting the service after the outage, but large schedule requests (/schedules) are failing. I can request a few stations and dates, but since everything's flagged as new, Typecast (my app) of course, requests all 172 stations and about 17 dates each, for a total of 2,8...

Re: JSON service: Online.

It might be time to un-sticky this post. It's a bit misleading since service has been down for over a day at this point. :)

Re: Unannounced service outage?

I assume everyone has the same problem. At least I got a real-world test of Typecast's ability to handle the server being offline. (It succeeded, but it needs to delay for an hour, not just a few minutes.) ;)

Re: New ETA for SD_JSON back online (4/19/20)?

Now 11:30 PM CDT. I didn't see the 4 PM ETA until now, but I saw the banner on the home page. There was a significant failure, but they know about it and are working on it. The offline post is being updated with the database's status. (Latest was 10 PM CDT.)

HALLHD listings stop at Feb 16 but HALL stop at Feb 19

I'm using the SD-JSON server, and I noticed that the Hallmark (HALL 88) station has listings through Feb 19, but its companion station Hallmark HD (HALLHD 272) stops on Feb 16 at 5 PM CST (11 PM UTC). I'm not sure if this is limited to the HALLHD (272) channel, but it's the first one I noticed. Is t...

Re: Newbie Problem with Time Zones

Times from the SD server are in UTC. You need to convert from UTC to Eastern. Also, you're currently in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)--not Standard (EST). ;-)
