Unable to Save Changed Username

I am using my email address as my SchedulesDirect username. I have read a couple of posts recommending removal of @ from username to resolve epg issues with NextPVR. I've tried changing username in account setting several times, but changes do not same. Please help!

What happens when you try and change your username?

Opps - should have been Save not Same. The GUI allows me to make the change and click save. Change appears to have been applied. Logging out/in change is reset back to original username.

I just tried username change and it worked for me.

Looking at the logs, I see password resets today on your account, but I don't see username changes.

To change your username from the main account page, click "Edit Account Details" change your username and click save.

If you are doing that, maybe try a different username?
