1. Check "edit lineup" on our web page and see if that is correct. if it is, you have an application problem. (numeric mode helps on edit lineups)
2. Look for another lineup for your postal code that may be correct. Sometimes there are new "rebuild" lineups instead of updates.
3. Try the "re-add lineups" link on the account page. There is a known bug that prevents new channels from showing up.
4. If the above doesn't help click the "lineup support" link on our web page. Include at least one specific example. ( SyFy was on 68 but is now on 45, the listings still show 6t8). The "lineup support" link will open a ticket and include some fields we need to report it (just lineup-id, nothing sinister)
