lineup changes, existing channels now missing

Schedules Direct's lineup for my area changed. My area lineup has changed (according to my cable card map). I've already tried the "re-add lineup", in fact the first time it completely deleted my lineup and I had to create it from scratch, which could be why this started...

The end result is
A) some channels that I have had, and continue to have, are no longer listed by schedules direct
B) the new channels have not been updated.
C) running mythfilldatabase causes the lineup for the channels SD no longer thinks I have to be wiped, even if the xmltvid field is still there. I don't know if this is because they were removed from the system or what. so now I have a handful of channels I can't record off!

this is VERY frustrating. I've already sent an support message in, but I'm wondering if there's anything I can do in the meantime to solve the loss of schedule info?

Wait a few hours for the servers to catch up.

Tribune has had lots of Sync delays since they added mid-day updates.

Personally, I'm thinking the "re-add lineup" function now breaks more things than it fixes. RobertK.. what do you think?
