Unable to change or delete linup

I can't seem to make changes to, or delete and re-add a lineup.

Editing seems like everything is working correctly. Edit the lineup, change a channel or two to inactive, Save. When I look at the lineup again, the changes haven't been applied.

Same thing for deleting a lineup. Click the delete button, it says it's doing its thing, but the lineup doesn't go away and I can still edit it.

SD web app problems?

I don't think so, but Tribune recently upgraded their software and there are known issues.

I already ran into a person who had 5 lineups on their account (4 are duplicated). That shouldn't be possible :) I've asked Tribune to fix it.

Since resolving it may entail user specific info, please email support@schedulesdirect.org or admin@schedulesdirect.org for help outside the public forum.

Tribune is working on a bulk fix for this today.

I'll be emailing those affected to review their lineups.

I got an email from Tribune's developers today.

They have been able to duplicate the duplicate lineup problem and are testing a fix.

They are continuing to manually prune the database of duplicates until the fix can be put in production.

I've been told by Tribune that part of the problem is a delay their servers are having committing changes. Adding a lineup, not seeing it, and adding it again can cause duplicates!

I've added a notice suggesting you wait 10 minutes for a change to take effect.

A fix expected on the staging server today and if it works will go to production next week.

Good news.. I've been told the new software has been put in production and I'm no longer able to replicate the duplicate lineup problem!

about an hour and a half after it was disabled. :)

Changes made were not being reflected in queries right after the change. We suspect a sync issue and it's being investigated. I've turned everything back on. (along with the 10 minutes wait warning)
