NextPVR, unable to log in

New user here. I'm attemping to add Schedules Direct as my EPG source, and in attempting to do so I receive error message "Unable to log into Schedules Direct". Is there a common set of troubleshooting actions I can go through? I'm able to log into Schedules Direct and create a lineup. I'm also posting to the NextPVR forurm.
