Media Portal - What do I do?

I've installed the plugin into Media Portal. On the plugin settings I put in my username and password for SD. I saved it and then went into Media Portal 1, and what do you know? NOTHING! What more must I do?

Which plugin? Schedules Direct provides data, not grabbers, so we need a little more details before we can determine what's happening and to confirm that the issue isn't on our end.

I'm using the Schedules Direct plugin. In the plugin I used my username and pass but nothing happens. From the bit of reading I've done, I think I need to make SD output some type of XML? Or better said, I think I need to make some sofware d/l the xml from SD?
