getdata says expired, account details shows not expired

Postby basber » Fri Aug 10, 2012 2:42 pm

Hi -
https://www.schedulesdirect.org/getdata returns
<faultcode xmlns:ns1='urn:TMSWebServices'>ns1:SubscriptionExpired</faultcode>
<faultstring>Your subscription has expired. Please renew your subscription.</faultstring>
<detail><faultnumber>350</faultnumber></detail>

My SD account overview shows
Expires: Sunday, July 28, 2013

Thank you for correcting this!

normally you just email or web-form us for help when this happens. In this case your SD username was the same as your forum username so I could track down the problem.

The Tribune server expiration was out of sync with our database. This happens due to an annoying, randum, difficult-to-track-down issue on the Tribune side. I have a nightly job that corrects these problems, but looks like you slipped through the cracks.

You should be good to go now.
