Password won't work, and my email has changed.

Ouch!!

I tried to login with my data service username/password.

I get an error message ->

Error:

1. Unrecognized password; please try again.


I no longer have access to the email address I originally used to sign up.
This means that the password reset is not an option.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

My browser had stored my old login credentials.

I looked in my email archives and found that I changed my login/password when I changed my email address.

great! Also glad to see I have the forum working again...

3 messages of "ham" and no "spam"! (I was manually deleting 5-6 spam posts/day... folks didn't see them because first posts now need to be approved)

If anyone else runs into this problem, just drop admin@sd an email and explain the situation. It's good to provide some proof, like the paypal or google checkout receipt. I can reset the email address in the database directly and then you can reset your password.

Also, don't forget your app config files probably have your username/password. :)
