43065 TWC Digital conversion update needed

Provider:Time Warner Cable, Type:CableDigital, Zip:43065, Lineup:OH34511:X Device:Digital

TWC did a conversion to all digital on 5/9/2018. They moved and added/removed channels. I submitted 2 channel maps (1st one seems to have been lost).

For the 3rd time, here is the new channel map that I pulled from my Ceton channel map page with the new listings. Why is it taking so long?

Why is it taking so long?

According to the ticket you opened on Saturday 5/19.... Gracenote contacted Time Warner on Monday 5/21

Time Warner still has not responded to Gracenote.... they need to confirm it before they go live.

So of course SD and Gracenote responded quickly, but Time Warner (as always) is a problem.
