HVR-1600 digital channel tuning issues.

I get 110 channels on my HDHomeRun dual tuner http://www.silicondust.com/products/hdhomerun_atsc


I only get 48 on my HVR-1600 tuner, 46 music stations and the two QAM high def channels 100(720i) and 101(1024i), My HVR-1600 card says QAM right on it. I am receiving clear QAM signals, just not the 70(480p) QAM signals. I don't understand what I have to do in mythtv to get this working.

I was receiving these channels previously, but after I refreshed my lineup, my card is not detecting any SD channels at all. Is there something I can change with guide data?
