AT&T blocking our email

Somehow we've triggered an AT&T spam block

The following is in our mail logs:

<ommited@att.net>: host scc-mailrelay.att.net[204.127.208.75] said:
521-184.106.196.163 blocked by sbc:blacklist.mailrelay.att.net. 521 DNSRBL:
Blocked for abuse. See http://att.net/blocks (in reply to MAIL FROM
command)

That leads you to http://www.att.net/general-info/521.html where hopefully you can see the message that triggered the block.

Unfortunately, http://www.att.net/general-info/521.html is down, so I have no idea what the problem is.

I have submitted a request to AT&T to remove the block, but they said it can take 2 days. :(

update... AT&T web page is working again and says they use the following RBLs

http://www.spamhaus.org/
http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/

I have confirmed we are not listed in either one

Some test emails seem to be working.. maybe the problem has been solved. I did get a report this morning of someone with this problem, so maybe it was recently solved.

Logs show all clear, and AT&T said they removed me via an email.
