Does each user who wishes to monitor progress on this issue need to open a ticket? I was about to do so, but just realised that if we all do that it could swamp support.

It's up to you; if you open a ticket, then you'll get a response from our ticket system when the schedule is updated and your ticket is closed out.

Okay thanks. I guess no need really. I'll see the data appear when it's fixed.

The schedule data has been refreshed; can you confirm that the data is now good for you?

I have logged a ticket because most of the UK 'mainstream' channels (BBC, ITV, C4) only have 10-days worth of data - whereas some of the lesser Freeview channels have twenty days.

Some providers give 20 days of schedule, some give 14 days, some don't seem to know what they're going to broadcast tomorrow.

If you get to fewer than 7 days of data, that's a red-flag issue. All I can say is that we ingest 4x per day so our schedule is as up-to-date as possible given what the broadcasters are sending.

The old Radio Times feed used to provide 14-days worth of program data for the mainstream channels - and traditional print media is also providing data up to 14-days in the future, so the data is out there.

Are you able to raise this with your upstream provider please?

We now seem to be down to 7-days worth of data from the previous 10-days - its getting worse

For which station? I just checked "Channel 5", which was the previously reported issue, and I"m seeing data through 2016-10-22 on the server.

Please open a ticket at the Schedules Direct website with details so that we can determine if this is a server-side or client-side issue.
