UK Freeview - Talking Pictures

Post by colin1951uk » Sun May 22, 2016 9:32 am

Hi there,

I'm currently a UK trial user and have a couple of days left to sign up or not.

I am particularly interested in the 'Talking Pictures TV' channel available on Freeview over here and notice that you list the channel but have no data for it.

Have you any plans to include it in the future please?

Also you seem very light on radio stations and I wondered if you can get data for my local BBC station i.e. BBC Radio Solent.

On the whole your data looks very good compared to what else I've been able to find so I'll probably sign up anyway but having these two favourites available would be very useful.

Cheers...Colin

The best way to handle missing stations is to open a Lineup Support ticket on the Schedules Direct website because then we can track it using our ticketing system.

I'm just wondering if I should in fact use a Lineup Support ticket.

The fact that the channel is there and the data says 'coming soon' does indicate it's known about.

If I do a Support ticket will that just double things up or will it bring it to the 'front of the queue' so to speak and maybe remind someone to speed things up?

I don't want to mess up your system being a newbie.

Opening a ticket is best.

I have logged a ticket for this, as it still appears to be an issue.
