Missing channels?

Hi,

As of this morning, both the SD and HD versions of WGN America seem to have gone missing from the json listings.

Lineup: Comcast - Digital (94536) CA04683:X
Channels: 33 (WGN, Channel Id: 91097) and 775 (WGN HD, Channel Id: 91096)

The schedules direct web site still lists both those channels in my line up, so I believe this is an issue on the service end.

Can you please take a look?

Thanks for the info.

The issue for me here, is that station id's no longer match the SD service for those channels. I expect them to match so I can manage the lineup via the web site.

The station id's have always matched between the two. Has that changed or does it just mean that I have to refresh the web site lineup to get the new station ids?

Edit: Noticed that the call sign has changed between the SD and json lineups. I think the json service has the updated info. I also noticed that the link to "refresh lineup" (or whatever it was called before) no longer exists on the SD line up page. Should i just wait for the SD lineup to catch up to this change?

The JSON service and the XML service both use Gracenote, but the backend data that we access is different for the two Schedules Direct services.

I would expect that the XML service will catch up in the next few days.

Thanks, I was just updating my earlier post, since I noticed that the callsign had changed for both.

I'll keep an eye out and let you know if I still see issues after a few days.

FYI, the channels came back during my afternoon update. However, it looks like the json service went back to the old station ids, as the web site lineup does not show the new station ids even now.

Some kind of glitch in the upstream provider for the json service?
