Daily rolling updates for UK?

It is my understanding that schedules are delivered to the UK as a weekly bulk update. This means that the schedule gradually reduces down to 7 days (or sometimes less) and then jumps back up to 14 days (or more) once it updates.

Is there any chance we can get daily rolling updates, like US subscribers, to keep the guide topped up to a full 14 days (or more)?

With the current weekly bulk upload what happens if there is a last minute schedule change mid-week? Does this get pushed out as an ad-hoc update, or does the change get missed?

BBC4 down to less than 5 days. I really hope we can get more regular, reliable updates.

I've noticed that last minute substitutions get fixed/ammended providing they're at least 1 day ahead.

Have you seen this happen outside of regular weekly bulk update? If so that, is something at least.

It is weird then if last minute changes come through as a daily update that they can't also just a an extra day on the end at the same time as a rolling update.
