I don't think Gracenote have much of a clue of how Sky works in the UK.

I'm wondering if the upstream feed has died. When I first swapped over to GBR-1000083-DEFAULT, I was seeing 21 days of listings. Now I'm down to 12.

Perhaps because someone complained that it was incorrect, 111: ITV1 HD (London) (50523) seems to have been removed from GBR-1000083-DEFAULT. Can someone tell me what it has been replaced with. I'm hoping to avoid going through the whole set up procedure again.

Looks like it's Channel 103, ITV1 HD (Meridian, Anglia) with StationID 67073

GBR-1000083-DEFAULT is a Freeview lineup, whereas I suspect you want the Freesat one.

Where did you get that lineup number from? The code listed next to the transmitter in the (not-as-helpful-as-you-think) list of transmitters mentioned above shows only the Freeview lineup. You need to get all the lineups on that transmitter to see what else is available. If you want Freesat it's GBR-1000086-DEFAULT.

Thanks. I'll give that a go.

Are you saying that the Freesat listings give more days than the Freeview ones? I had 21 days initially from the Freeview one.

No, I'm saying you appear to be looking for a Freesat lineup.
111: ITV1 HD

LCN 111 is the Freesat channel for ITV1 HD. Not Freeview.

Are you saying you are retrieving Freeview listings and using them with a Freesat system? That's a little risky as some channels have different schedules for FV vs. Sky.

This is ridiculous. There are quite clearly a litany of errors with the lineups (missing lineups entirely, key channels missing from lineups), yet SD support have gone dark.

I don't think they generally provide support in the forums, as they said in this thread, you need to raise a ticket.
