CLOSED: ETIMEDOUT 52.4.157.82:443

The timeouts happened for another 2 days and then just stopped. No problem for the last week and none ever before this started. Something was flaky for about 4 days. I had no noticeable net problem with my FiOS gig connection other than this. I cannot explain it but problem seems to be solved noneth...

Re: ETIMEDOUT 52.4.157.82:443

You're not actually connecting to a host - you connect to an Amazon load balancer, and you should be using the DNS name because IP addresses are ephemeral. That being said, there's no service-level issue right now. Load is normal. Of course I am using the domain name json.schedulesdirect.org. I was...

ETIMEDOUT 52.4.157.82:443

Over the last couple of days I have been getting numerous ETIMEDOUT errors from the host 52.4.157.82. Would you please look into this? Thanks. EDIT: Now also getting timeouts from 52.4.222.218. pings work. I have FiOS gigabit which is working elsewhere. These timeouts appear to be somewhat sporadic....

FIOS in US zipcode 02130

FIOS has just come to my zipcode 02130. I found the following in 02132 which will work but would like to see added to 02130 as well. Thanks. BTW, this copy from 02132 has location as Leominster but it is really West Roxbury. The location for 02130 is Jamaica Plain. These are both neighborhoods of Bo...

I had seen that. The last messages there suggested that was clearing up and that was 5 days ago. I didn't think that was still a problem.

Only 10 to 14 days of data?

I used to get data out to about 21 days. Lately I have only been getting data out to about 10 to 14 days.

Has there been a change in what is available or is something messed up?

Re: videoProperties is not always a JSON array

I just ran into this videoProperties problem too. I suspect it is a bug introduced with the new HD qualifiers that were just introduced yesterday. Instead of an array, an object is being printed. In javascript, objects are basically hash arrays with key/value pairs. Arrays are special objects also i...
