No response after raising lineup issue

I raised a lineup issue (ticket #16424) on 3rd Jan but have had no response or communication (other than the initial auto-generated ticket email).

Can someone please confirm that it is being looked at?

After the recent change to UK lineups, the GBR-1000040-DEFAULT (for Pendle Forest) lineup is now incorrect. Thanks for the quick response. The issue is that often there is no other episode information so no way to determine order (I'm assuming the dd_progid episode-num guarantees uniqueness).
