interesting... usually SD-JSON is right and SD-DD is wrong.
If RobertK doesn't respond quickly, you may want to open a ticket using the "lineup support" option of the website. The forum is pretty slow so not checked often.
we should have lineup data for all US Zipcodes (since you said zipcode, I assume you meant US).
When setting up your lineups, if you only see national lineups, you can try another neighboring lineup (maybe yours is new?) or open a lineup support ticket and we'll get it fixed.
Yes, that would limit our liability, but another reason not to allow longer terms is support. If someone subscribed for 23 months and 13 months in demanded a refund (even though we officially don't offer it) the time to do the refund via PayPal/Amazon would be long gone. Check reality... what channel number is OWN and Comedy Central. check nPVR to see what it thinks the channel numbers are. check the raw XMLTV file to see what it thinks the channel numbers are. If nPVR is wrong, fix it. If XMLTV/SD is wrong ...
This has probably been solved, but any chance your script loops on failure? After a pretty small number of bad passwords, you account can get locked. (The SD-DD service blocks it for a day, the main web page 20 minutes) I don't know about SD-JSON, but SD-DD was getting hammered by bad scripts so I n...
