Re: XMLTV.EXE and tv_grab_na_dd

The code works. One last question. Is the returned data filtered by the SD Profile Provider channel selection that we chose from the SD website?

Re: XMLTV.EXE and tv_grab_na_dd

OK, I got some data in the php soap script by changing the host name. In XMLTV there was a channel lineup and the data grabbed those channels. In the code below it doesn't appear to pull my channels. I imagine there are some configuration files. Am I on the right track in order to get an xml listing...

Re: TMS Data Direct

Robert I'm revisiting this 3 years down the road. I am looking to run a PHP webpage and grab a weeks lineup into an xml file.

XMLTV.EXE and tv_grab_na_dd

For years I downloaded a week lineup into a local xml file. I parse the file into an Access DB then have asp webpages do the work I need. I am going to port all this to an Apache website so the asp pages will all be rewritten into php. My question, what method should I use to run a query on an apach...

Re: Tribune sending requests to new SD-DD service

rmeden wrote:Glad you have it working via the hosts file, but for XMLTV users it's easier to just upgrade XMLTV.
Heck, on Windows just replace xmltv.exe with http://alpha-exe.xmltv.org You don't even need the full distribution!
Robert, replacing the xmltv.exe did the trick.

Thanks,

Steve

TMS Data Direct

I am trying to get information using the tvDataDelivery.wsdl delivery method using soap. It seems the PDF's on http://tmsdatadirect.com/docs/tv/ Requre a username and password. I tried my Schedules Direct account information but that failed. What I am trying to accomplish is getting the program data...

Re: XMLTV

Robert,

THanks, that's what I thought.

One last thing. When I run the config script this error is coming up

The command is xmltv tv_grab_na_dd --configure

This is the error.

Use of uninitialized value in sprintf at /PerlApp/grab/na_dd/tv_grab_na_dd line
1134, <STDIN> line 1.

Re: XMLTV

Robert thanks. The errors seem to have cleared. This for the config script xmltv tv_grab_na_dd --configure My lineup (Comcast) dublicates stations in the 200 and 800 range. 233 is CBS as is 802. I have both selected in the SD schedule but the output file does not have the 802. The same goes for any ...
