I did some twiddling last night and get the same output...now. :)

My code only removes the '00' if it exists, the new longer non-'00' entries are processed as-is.

it's actually raw xml data from the datadirect.pl script...with some '00' removal code

ths show apparently was removed so I must have done my grab at the wrong moment in time.

Every new show doesn't seem to carry the 'new' attribute...yet. OriginalAirDate does appear consistently. The same was announced with regard to the 'repeat' attribute when it came out, don't use it as the sole qualifier for a new vs repeat as it may not be there. The Daily show example above is clea...

Do we know when they will actually start using those two new digits, or what drives the use of those two digits? I could just as easily SED them out if I'd never see the impact.
