adding channel

I used to be able to add a channel just by changing my batch file from "ignore" to "add" for PTVB.
Now it doesn't seem to be adding the channel to my lineup.
?
Thanks

Re: New program listed as a repeat

OK Thanks Robert. I understand. I really don't think it's worth your valuable time to fix this, but at least I now know why its happening.

New program listed as a repeat

Curious. It seems that every week, "Dancing with the Stars" is listed as a repeat. It's not.
Why is this? I'm using PTVB with a Palm TX

Re: Daylight Savings Time

Yep, if you're not using the infamous bat file(like the bat cave?), then you need do nothing. PTVB as a standalone will self correct. If you have all the schmaltz, then YOU have to do it manually.
Everything is a trade-off.

Re: Daylight Savings Time

Until I changed the time zone manually, all my listings were 1 hr off even after persistent fiddling and downloading. I use a bat file to automatically download and run "Tweak".
Wendy, are using this arrangement or just PTVB alone?

I've been reading through our e-mails at the admin address and there are some questions about adjusting to Sunday's time changes . I know with MythTV you can run "mythfilldatabase --refresh-all" and it will readjust the data to the new local time. But when it comes to other applications, I don't kn...

Re: SD Swag

Juski already offers mythtv case badges and pretty nice they are too - I've got them on all my frontends and backends. http://juski.co.uk/ I tried that and all I got was a server error. Case badges would be a good idea. The swag doesn't have to be SD specific. It could also be for MythTV in general...

Re: Mixed Emotions!

Hmmm sounds like what we need is a bunch of 8x10 color glossy photographs with circles, arrows and a description on the back of each one to be used as evidence against us. :) Sounds like a bunch of adolescent "whimper whineys". Hopefully you guys have developed a thick skin ;) No mix here. You all ...
